Great RMM solution for an incredible…
Great RMM solution for an incredible price.Atera is an excellent monitoring and management tool that provides almost all the functionality that its expensive competition does, for a fraction of the price. We moved from Datto to Atera earlier this year, drastically cutting costs without compromising management capabilities.The addition of a free version of Splashtop has also helped us out of some tough situations where Teamviewer has failed to work. The features are constantly being updated with new, handy additions that are released and documented monthly.

Atera is easy to navigate. It also made it easier for us to connect with our clients.

It needs an integration with bit defender.

Basically everything needed for remote IT monitoring is covered Atera!

The learning curve is quite steep! Good thing they have video guides.

We were able to save thousands of dollars a year ever since we started using this. We're doing our monitoring within our team now instead of outsourcing someone to do it for us.

The selection of tools is so rich and amazing! It functions really well and addresses every issue. Their customer service is also highly commendable. They are reliable and prompt in addressing our concerns.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve on the following: (1) customer creation; (2) mobile management functions; and (3) user-friendliness of the interface at the client-end.

Doing our work without Atera is costly and time-consuming. Atera made everything easier and convenient for us.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Setting up the software is really easy for anyone. The performance is top-notch, really stable. I also love the web-based admin panel because that made it accessible even if you're working remotely (away from the office). Cool support staff, too!

There are some features that are not available in Atera but present in the products of its competitors. But this is understandable since they are just starting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Atera's fair pricing is really helpful to us because we totally get what we paid for. It helps us get the job done.
