What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how flexible it can be. Customization options are available. We spotted numerous network add-ons that enabled us to customize the system itself. We didn't do much customized programming.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's really not much to hate with the product. It's the best out there. But I'd like to have their enhanced reporting functionality included on their free version. I perfectly understand how reporting can be a big thing to deal with, but such functionality pre-installed are a little weak.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This wonderful software gave us the ability in tracking all of workflow aspects. It's what makes it a huge benefit. We're able to organize aspects of the life cycle of our customers with the product. We're keeping track of contact details and other small items in creating customized sites.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the flexibility of this software. My systems admin working for my employer had a relatively poor setup. But after using the software for a few years, we're able to finally automate and carry out processes. This include extracting data for our own custom design report writer. Its potential is something that my employer really realized completely.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting things up initially is a long process. This would make it more difficult if you haven't worked with this kind of software. But then again, who wouldn't face the same scenario, right? It's now running to a crawl since my company expanded and/or a lot of history were housed in there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem that my business encountered was that wasn't a centralized hub for an organized storage of data. The software did more than just be that storage. It also automated a lot of the lengthy and boring processes. This includes giving an alert to an employee for a finished task so they can proceed with the next one.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Its functionality allows for the creation of modules from ground up. With some understanding and assistance from support, I can just about anything I want with my business. At the same time, I get to expand my knowledge. This worked perfectly for my company that's currently a combination of sales and service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel the software does a great job in most aspects. A majority of the needs are resolved through the use of ad-ons. Most of the things that I hate this year when dealing with CRM is having little knowledge. But once you're familiar with the system it's simpler to know which ones would need your needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using this CRM in tracking sales leads, existing customers, and calls. This lessened the workload of my staff. It's able to do by accomplishing a number of tasks through e-mail that system-tracked. It gave us statistics on received calls as well as SLA when the task is finished.

What are the best aspects of this product?

CRM users are finding it a lot simpler to navigate. That means, implementation is easier. It makes us stand out and be more professional looking. We were able to personali the CRM to meet our business requirements while keeping our customers comfortabe in making a deal with us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

"Hate" is a really big word. We're still looking for the mobile app to automatically be refreshed. We wanted the app to still have the same logical function as that on the web-based platform. The French language needs a bit of tweaking although it drastically improved since we began using this CRM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before, we didn't have any tracking capabilities for sales and service cases. But these days, everything is virtually connected. Whether it's from opportunities to project implementation to day-to-da case management, it did a lot of wonders. Our team is more aligned than ever and have complete control on things.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The creation of modules regardless if it's starting things from scratch of editing the current ones, fits nicely with any company. This works regardless if it's product/service/hybrid-based. When it's paired with workflows and you have a fair idea on how it functions, everything you could ever think of is doable. Technical support can be reached through live chat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer portal looks too basic. Scripts can't operate within workflows. Workflows won't allow more more than one conditonal outputs. SLA alerts are limited to functioning on resolution time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm trying to resolve the importance of keeping a marketing and sales CRM tool. Thanks largely to its simplified automation, I was able to minimize my agents' workload significantly in terms of reaching out to potential leads. They get to play arond with a number of customized templates segregated by country. As a result, they're able to save a couple days of work every week.
