Took no accountability for giving the…
Took no accountability for giving the wrong advice on travel restrictions and very inflexible with flight changes. Basically told me to do my own on skyscanner. Will never use again don't waste your time it's money and their mistakes cost me 7k... But no compensation for misrepresentation and negligence

TravelPerk is user friendly and price are correct but any change is a nightmare. It is a shame but I would not recommend.

Suspicious cancelation policy
I appreciate the quick customer service. They helped me a lot by rebooking a last-minute ticket.However, there has been a strange case with them. I booked two cheap WizzAir tickets that are normally non-refundable. TravelPerk site suggested that I could pay about 10eur per each to make them refundable which I did. However, when I tried to cancel the tickets TravelPerl agents told me that I did not pay for the cancellation. After some back and forth they persuaded me that I did not. I did not take the flight and lost about eur130. But when I later talked to my boss who approved the tickets she told me that she saw that I did pay extra for the cancellation. Next time I'm going to reach out to customer service before the booking and make screenshots to be sure I am getting what I have paid for.

This has got to be the worst website to book flights! Flights take MINUTES to load, and by the time they're loaded, they're sold out! Literally the worst website out there for flight booking.

Was great when we started September…
Was great when we started September 2020 and couldn’t be worse now. You cannot get any help, they pass you off to co-workers who might as well be non-existent because they do nothing. You’ll end up paying more, losing your sanity and get sick and tired of dealing with them as I have. Run away
