What are the best aspects of this product?

Recommend this to anyone, glad I stumbled upon a Danish business/book and CRM preference that said it was among the best out there, because after using it now for months, realized the same.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As with all changes, the learning curve was the only obstacle for me, but the Simply team was always an email or phone call away if we needed assistance.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Great free initial month subscription helped us to take our decision in favor of using the tool for a long term. Overall, it’s a brilliant business suite.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ease of data handling and re-using the same for the future use made our work super easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Software is flawless and developed for non technical users too. So you have reasons to keep it in your software stack.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The only thing we would have seen was making social media posts through a section of this tool that can allow us to integrate/schedule and publish our stuffs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The contact database for campaign management and list building for the same.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve used Simply CRM for Salesforce automation with BI dashboard. Our level of satisfaction was amazing, it really helped us to achieve our business goals. Overall satisfied with the experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It helped us to improve our business efficiency, better respond to buyer journey persona and interaction for higher trust building and improved order conversion.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Limitation in features and automation of process needs to be more consistent. Apart from these , it is an oxygen for the businesses as well as for the users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've solved the issues related to our contact management and re-targeting them. It works nice.
