What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I really liked about this tool is how customizable it is, especially since our company has such a unique workflow that any CMS we would end up using would really need to be adaptable and customizable for it to work for us. This tool was precisely that, and it is even priced affordably. Another thing that I liked is how the developers are very open to hearing from their users and then using that feedback to improve their product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a good tool, but it can always be improved. For one thing, configurations options could be further increased. Developers could, for instance, give users a chance to have task notifications be based on the due date rather than the start date.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we started using this tool, we were using a proprietary tool that allowed us to view and store in a SQL database data such as income and expense figures, sales data, tax abatement information, tax class, land and building size, street addresses, and even lots and blocks. While it was able to do that, it was not a CMS solution and that was what we needed. With this tool working alongside our own proprietary one, we were able to do more things. For instance, it would only take a literal minute for this tool to synchronize changes to client or property metadata with our proprietary tool. This tool also allowed anybody in the company to see if a message had been sent or received without having to open an inbox, thanks to top a unique ClientID code. We were also able to use this tool to come up with a "Hot Folder" configuration that automatically read a unique QR code and have the information contained within it to be saved under the correct property. That meant a lot of time saved on our part since we no longer had to do this process manually.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like a number of things about this tool For one, the customer support team is very helpful, quickly resolving the problems we approached them with and also providing us with fixes to bugs. This tool was also very user-friendly, which is a big deal since our company is small and not only of us are tech-savvy. Another thing that I really appreciated is how this made it easy for us to access customer-related tasks, notes, documents, and emails. It also allows us to work remotely and even without an internet connection, thanks to the offline synchronization feature. Finally, it all comes at a cost that is affordable to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Generally, I really like this software. However, there are a number of things that can be improved. For one, this tool seems to have a problem syncing with Outlook versions that aren't in English. It also doesn't allow me to input a contact's department, which is something that you really need to have if you're working with an organization that has a lot of departments. It would be great if we were allowed to add that information and have that information sync with Outlook as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has really helped us out with the organization. Thanks to the tool's cloud-based SQL database, we can keep customer-related tasks, e-mails, documents, and other information in a single place where team members can look. This also allows for the possibility of working remotely or from home.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Before, I was using Saleslogix and Goldmine CRM. So, those are my points of reference. Pricing is very affordable whether it's for indivdual use, small-scale, or mid-scale business. All basic features appear to be there. The tool is set up in a modular matter. That'll make it easier for you to choose modules or features you really need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like the fact that a History tab can keep up with all calls, meeting, projects, sales, and activities completed. I don't miss not having a certain area to peek into a finished activity for a company and the customer. Currently, the customization is very much limited under settings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeping track of SEO projects and websites. Before, I had to resort to using Spreadsheets. But this tool offered me the functionality required to be updated with contacts and company info. At the same time, I get to track the steps taken for every project. I can simply extract a list to see which projects has an outstanding tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We love the Carmel Vision support service, they helped us to transfer from our old system to Infoflo, and they are really helpful and responsive to every need. They want to be sure that their products meets all our company needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I dislike is that their customer service is based in Canada, and we are in UK, so we need to wait till afternoon to fix some issues. But, this is not a dislike, we love this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Infoflo helps us to keep track of all our data, keeps our employees organized. Thanks to this software our call rates are increased. Also, this software helps us with our sales because keeps everything in one place instead of going back and forth between different systems we have everything in one place. We love the email sync feature because makes our customer priority.

What are the best aspects of this product?

InfoFlo helps me to select the modules that best fit my business needs. What I like most is that I can use this app 30day free and they provide me with tech support on how to run the app. It’s very easy to use, and the app provides me with great import features and other categories features. The support team is great, they met all my company needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have anything to dislike. It’s new system for me.

Infoflo allows me to organize my client data, they give me the ability to access my data on from anywhere, they added a feature that helps me to call my clients and set appointments.
