Room for improvement!
--------------------Update:After involving a Bitrix24 Gold Partner in Willich/Germany for 11 days, I did not get a solution. It was complete try&error and 'shoud work' situations.I decided to move this issue over to another Partner who solved it in about half an hour.At the bootom line: If you can fork thousands of €€€ to feed a Gold Partner, Bitrix24 can be your solution. ----------------------Bitrix' integrated support channel expects you to wait 9+ days... without a gurantee for a solution...We are $$$$ paying customersAfter waiting hours in the queue, answering some shy quastions, I got this:Your inquiry was moved to the 1st Line of the Engineer Support department for more deep analysis. Average responding time is 2 business days (10-19 GMT+3, Mon to Fri), but we will do our best to handle it faster :) Please await for the respond in the chat.After 4 Days, somebody contacted me and asked some questions I answered right away and then he vanished for hours.You can see your position in the queue and you will be pushed to the last position on and on...After some hours, he figured, that he can not help and I got this:We escalated your inquiry to Level 2 Engineer Support as it requires extensive debugging. The average response time is five business days (10-19 GMT+3, Mon to Fri), but we will do our best to handle it faster. Please wait for a response in the chat. We are talking about Office365 integration, any other CRM or automation service can handle in minutes...The overall solution itselv looks promising and has some nice features, but the documentation is outdated, randomly organized. Vendor support is almost not existent; you have to pay a Bitrix24 Partner (who btw also is fishing in the mud)I should have listened to my team members who warned me about this.There has been a similar post (20. July 2021) where Bitrix responded with the excuse, that they have to deal with 9 Mio customers, all waiting for service...But promising to improve... The improvement; whil average response time was announces 3 days in July, it is now announced 4 days ?!?!!?My Advise to Bitrix: 1. Get your documentation and FAQ up to date and you will releave the customer care department.2. Look over the fence to Hubspot or (better) ActiveCampaign, to get a sense how they organize the customer's support expirience 3. let your customer support agents concentrate on issues fixed, not on number of issues touched4. you need to empasize your support on paying customers.I don't get your millions of customers... if it is like what your marketing is throwing on us, then there should be enough money to provide wold class customer care services.

Not the best CRM, is just a Cheap CRM
I have been using it for 2 years and I think every new customer should read this ratings before making a decision. It haves a lot of pros and cons but more cons. I think that if you have a partner near of you, in your same city (search for bitrix partners in their own web) you can give it a try. but if there are no partners, not even in your country, search for another crm.

Bravo, You lost another customer.....
Bravo, After 6 years with Bitrix in different levels, we finally got enough.... Now we just have to find a way to export 6 years CRM and tasks, that's going to be interesting !! Don't waste your time on this, tricky and slow to work with, haven't brought us back 10% of the time we have spent on it, and still after all these years, we still can't figure out to make a decent workflow. Secondly, watch out for the fees being charged by partners to make different setups for you, they will end up making Microsoft Dynamic support feel cheap . Other stuff that made up decide, - The integration with Office365 is horrible, document viewing etc, - you can't print stuff like tasks and checklists etc, beside a "screen print" style. Naturally unless you buy the Big package, and have partner make reports for you. The most basic things, does not work out of the box. - If you have employees in China, they will not be able to access Bitrix, unless they are on a VPN, and even then it is often not working. The list continues and bottom line, I can't recommend Bitrix24 and we much rather pay the extra and go with Microsoft Dynamic.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
I like all the features that Bitrix24 has but the one that stands out the most to me is its website building functionality. This has allowed our small business venture to put our products out there on the web without needing the help of a professional web designer. Other capabilities of Bitrix24 that I find beneficial are its reporting module, time and task management tools, and its built-in CRM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing that I do not like about Bitrix24 is the limited number of users it can support its lower-tier subscription packages. If we want to add more users to the platform, we would have to sign up for the Professional version, which would set us back 200 bucks monthly. This is a steep price for a small company like ours. And considering that Bitrix24 applies incremental increases to their rates at certain times, it could be very difficult for us to keep subscribing to it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Bitrix24 works well for us because it is also accessible on mobile. Just by turning on my mobile data, I can view the control panel as well as other sections of the app. This way, I can keep track of activities even while I am on the move due to meetings.
