Not easy to use
Very slow loading. Not intuitive, broken links.I tried to cancel my company subscription, but was unable to and the company took another £500 out of my bank. They refused to refund.

What do you like best?
The act! For us it is different because we have been able to check directly with the company in order to be able to expand our sales and be able to travel the networks and the internet with a wide level, for us the visibility functionality is very attractive because we have been able to specify with more users , This system can be coupled with the marketing system for the function of expanding our image.
What do you dislike?
The system is very complete and detailed, so we have not had a negative point regarding the use, the action of each tool is very detailed and fulfills the attraction of new customers and for us it has been very fundamental and until now we cannot find any errors, but future Act! is possible to continue optimizing to provide quality service as before.

I definitely recommend it because it has worked perfectly I do not have any kind of inconvenience regarding the function of the system I feel that I can improve adjusting it with the marketing software and the characteristics or tools works in an incredible way expanding the traffic in the, however comparing prices, characteristics , definitive tools leads the way.

The company has been different since sales problems or simply increasing sales are 2 circumstances why a CRM service can be useful and I like what Act! It offers us the ample traffic and the way in which we can connect with more clients has been very pleasant so I am happy with this function and in addition to being very punctual at work and when it comes to new client traffic, good tool and good coupling with other marketing systems.

What do you like best?
ACT! It is a different system from the other CRM we have compared this software with others and it seems that it provides greater solutions at the time of making a sale the CRM is strategic for new customers makes its tool very powerful, it immediately couples any marketing system to provide a greater scope with what I think is a price is very consistent with the tools offered.
What do you dislike?
In my opinion, it has been efficient, unlike other systems, however, it seems to me that it should improve, it works correctly and I think that the function is pleasant and I think it can improve its interface in the future.

You recommend service because for me it worked in no negative point regarding the operation of the system. In my opinion, it offers different solutions to other software, however I think they adjusted a very good service.

The idea of what ACT! can do.
In principle the idea is great, when actually implementing the software it fails to deliver at every step.
What do you dislike?
Nothing is easy, ACT! you can quite easily swallow days or even weeks of precious time with no return. Then when you are on the phone to tech support (they really do try there best) you get charged for the privilege. If you want a system that makes life easy for your business ACT! really isn't to one.
