A nice tool to use!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Using it is easy. I find the tool to be efficient and highly intuitive. I love the simplicity of the setup. The tool helped me walk through the process. One positive aspect that it has is its ability to add in other users to their specific roles. So, that's a plus in my book.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit expensive for my taste. To be honest with you, it's worth the price. I hope there would be more social channels added into the tool. If there was some way to alter or make changes to an image in Instagram, then that would be a big help. Pictures are frequently sourced from different areas and they tend to be available in various sizes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has the ability to handle different platforms. I consider this to be highly essential. Thanks to Zoho Social, doing things are a lot simple compared to other third party applications. One big benefit that I got from it is that I'm able to spend more time with clients and less time trying to sort out other time wasting things.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that it comes with a crispy, clean UI. Stats are easy to comprehend. I can see just about everything clearly from the dashboard. This has been my favorite social platform so far. I've used other third party apps like MeetEdar, Buffer, and Hoosuite. None of them comes close to Zoho.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be awesome if there was a way for me to look into the scheduled posts. Maybe see upcoming post feeds on the dashboard instead of just indicating the posts that were already published? I'd like to see a feature of SmartQ that would let me determine whether there was already something being posted on a specific day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It did so many good things for me. The tool did a fantastic a job managing all of my social media platforms. It did what it can to curb any missed messages from the message section. What's more, I can be updated with just about any activity that I'm doing within the app.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like being able to utilize a single post on a lot of platforms at the same time. I like how you can do reporting, monitoring, and looking into messages within the tool. I was hoping I could it as an app for the Windows 10 that I'm running on my PC.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't favor not being able to post things on Instagram without using the tool itself. I can understand why but I was hoping it wouldn't be the case. I feel this is an issue that Instagram should work out on their own. It's a minor issue, but it's not something that would be that big of a deal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Zoho Social, I can now resolve inactivity issues in any social pages. Whether it's me forgetting to post something or I'm too busy with other things, the this tool helped me tremendously. Zoho Social is that one-stop shop. I get to be in contact with that same people for all my social sites.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I currently operate a small-scale retail business. I sell stuff online and offline. I've been looking (and tried several) platforms for social media marketing. Some were a bit better than others, but Zoho Social provided me with jsut about everything I want. It helped me schedule, preserve, and monitor my social accounts a relatively good price point.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have much to hate. But I'd love to see an integration for Pinterest.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nowadays, it's critical to possess consistent and frequent social channel engagement and posting on more than one account. Zoho gives the chance to not only be updated and monitor numerous social media accounts, it freed up my time so I can use it to engage with other people and grow my business. That would mean not having to worry about "shuffling" multiple accounts. Social media this time around is a useful in helping me compete with other players in the market.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool has a really good freemium plan. It comes with other cool functionalities that are a big help for those using this software for the first time. What's even better? It won't push one to buying other unecessary stuff. It comes with a ton of subscription plans for those dealing with bigger projects or for teams with bigger responsibilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its notebook can only be spotted online. Some of the tool's functionality will require a bit of spending. This isn't good if you're broke. If you want to make the most of its other critical features, you'll have to shell a lot more from your wallet just to get to the higher paid version of the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm currently doing what I can to promote my personal brand, which is called "AlishaDawnCreations." Considering the fact that I'm all doing this from home and I don't have much money to spare, this tool tremendously helped automate te entire process. If not for Zoho Social, the whole thing would be overwhelming.
