What do you like best?

The user interface is smooth and easy to use compared to other existing remote access and support tools. Besides, this app is also available for mobile devices, which helps access any desktop or device remotely, even using mobile data.

What do you dislike?

Though it is possible to transfer files and documents while using this tool, it can be sluggish with a poor internet connection and get unresponsive from time to time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Zoho Assist has been a time-saving tool for providing remote desktop support to my colleagues and clients whenever a problem arises without having to meet them physically.

What do you like best?

I really love the way Zoho Assist is designed. The platform platform is very simple and probably any user without technical knowledge can use it. I also like their mobile app, as the usability is really cool despite the program running at a small screen resolution. In addition, I really like the features it offers, including the option to share the screen.

What do you dislike?

I would like mobile apps to be unified, since they have an app to provide support and another app to receive it. With this platform, the only concern is that it does not work without the Internet.

Zoho Assist is a fundamental tool in the times of Covid-19. From this platform you can connect both from desktop and mobile devices. It is very simple and has a very high image quality.

Whenever a client has a problem with our educational platform, I can connect remotely and easily solve the problem. The interface of this product is quite simple and efficient, so I can have a very fast workflow.

What do you like best?

Zoho Assist is a platform with a simple and intuitive interface. What I like most about this software is that it works really well in remote access with mobile devices. Also, it is not necessary to install any software to access from a computer, since the connection is made through the browser. Another feature I like is the simplicity to conduct a remote session, since it is only necessary to enter a code that is automatically renewed for each remote session.

What do you dislike?

The only negative thing I see in Zoho Assist is the chat function, since it is not very intuitive.

It is an easy tool to use and with an affordable cost. It is compatible with desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. I recommend Zoho Assist.
