Great planning software with intuitive and useful interface
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Vienna Advantage offers fully customizable and reliable ERP modules. It has great tools like BI and Reporting, Approval and Alerts, Workflow Management, Email and SMS integrations. There is even Excel import and export and Task management features. You are able to create everything according to your needs and scenarios without using codes. I love the integrations with CRM and Document Management System.

In order to understand the product you need to be guide by their experienced representatives.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Vienna Advantage ERP solves major issues during the document transmittal and integrating materials management modules. We are able to integrate modules with other one like sales, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing and even production planning. It helps us to reduce the time and to be more efficient and to provide high quality.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Its platform is excellent, we are able to build more than 80% of the app by using experience with SQL and basic knowledge of the software development. Its standard ERP and CRM modules are flexible and easy to configure to our needs. Its support team is great, they are knowledgeable and quick to respond.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could upgrade the documentation, and to improve the process flow diagram for all processes. Without the workflow no one knows how various windows relate to one another. Vienna Advantage has android app but I believe that this one needs some improvements. It would be great if they could make as strong mobile platform as the desktop platform.

It helps us to be focused on developing process so we can meet our client’s need through this platform.

"The best ERP-CRM solution."
What do you like best?
The software facilitates the identification and realization of the objective of the company with its integrated modules. Business resource planning and customer relationship management, all in one application. It helps you to access business data from anywhere in many languages at any time. The customer service is efficient. It enables users to create features without having to make fewer mistakes.
What do you dislike?
The testing option can be improved since it is very restrictive, more tutorials for advanced problems can be useful. In addition, the software, especially the progressive report portion, is best for me. All is well, it takes time to install it. It takes time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best ERP software with different languages. It's a pretty good product and has lots of automation and functionality.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's simplified and fast reporting, making it easy for us to handle and access data. In manufacturing & finance, we use it. We need no interfaces to other solutions with Vienna Advantage. All the features needed, such as DMS, BI are incorporated and multi-lingual solutions allow everyone to function in their own language. The HTML5 based front end is very nice and works on each phone, so the use is not that costly.

What do you like best?
In this tool there is a great balance between simplicity and functionality, it is a very intuitive and organized software .. it is difficult to get lost, it is easy to adapt and everything is at hand .. it is very efficient in how you access, display and distribute the information. .. I have tried many other ERPs, but this one has EVERYTHING
What do you dislike?
It is easy when you have experience in ERP administration, but for inexperienced people the learning curve is not so simple .. they could improve the documentation and tutorials (maybe make them more interactive, more to the current times)

Centralization, organization and channeling of information (CRM - Business). response times (administrative and human time) are shorter.

never had a trouble with any kind of personalisation because it's quite intuitive and really useful for planning. Good customer service.

the trial choose can be improved because it's very restrictive, it could be useful have more tutorial for advanced issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
don't use it if it's the first time with an ERP because it could be a little difficult as a starting program. For the reast it's a quite good product with a lot of automation and interesting features.

I used it for a simulation of a real marketing organisation, a software like this is a good try to improve the efficacy of the resources.
