Perfect book-keeping solution for a freelancer

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Straightforward and simple billing templates. It allows me send automatic payment reminder to my clients before the due date. I have not missed collection of single payment ever since I started using TopNotepad. I would say these two features invoicing, payment reminder, expenses tracking are the best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing glaring so far. Need to get into details of each feature to be able to comment.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am good.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I need not know book-keeping but still I can manage my books, no technical expertise needed. I just bill my clients and key in my expenses the rest is done by the software.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Simplicity of the software is what I liked the most. I can seamlessly create e-invoice and enable payment link within the invoice. There is also an option to create estimates/quotations which can be converted into invoices later. I can track and manage my business expenses as well within the application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Integration with third party application could be better.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Integration with more payments processes like Stripes

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creating estimates for my prospective clients and invoices & payment receipts customers.
