As an administrator, I loved the integration with my payroll system

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was very impressed with SutiHR, because provided us with great functionality. I loved the Clock-system function. Also, you have lowest integration fees. The platform is very customizable and responsive. You are provided with 3rd pricing model and this is almost everything you need to run your business. I love the integration with my payroll provider. I think they are newbie on the market, but I’m not 100% sure about this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their graphics are not interesting, to be honest, but this is not a big deal. Also, I would like to see how the payroll provider integration works.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What I needed was full platform that will be integrated with my payroll provider. It seems like this is all in one solution for reasonable rate on monthly basis.

What do you like best?

This system for us is very powerful because it provides different tools and features in its online system where we can manage and administer human resources in order to reduce the great burden that this area maintains with different data, such as new workers, employees, payments A great system is very broad, and for this reason we say to reduce load by providing data management, which the system does very well since it manages and keeps the company free.

What do you dislike?

The operation of the system I do not have any point or in convenient it appeared to me very detailed and complete I believe that they can improve in certain aspects such as: servers, more however it is not something that affects the system or its operation itself for me it has given solutions attractive and it works for us.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I definitely recommend it because it has worked for us, it can work for other companies, whether large or small, the system has a configuration in which it can manage big data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Definitely the most complicated work is in the area of ??human resources was a key point because what time we can manage and be much more attentive to the movements that are made within it with SutiHR it is possible to manage both knowing the payment of an employee in a way correct, the payment of taxes, companies, networks is much simpler and frees a lot of time, so we are happy.

Need to take quick action even a small issue but sometime they delayed it. If they think it is small issue.

What do you like best?

The most helpful thing about is it’s ability to integrate different HR services altogether within the program.

What do you dislike?

The downsides of using SufiHR are that the software can be slow at times.

I like that you can keep track of how much vacation you have available.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that you can not edit your time off request.

It is a great program and very helpful to employees.

I like that the pharmacy has little announcements so we are more involved with company activities.
