What are the best aspects of this product?
Slickpie is free! It was able to serve its purpose while saving my small business lots of money!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn't integrate with the current payment app we're using. I hope the developers would consider it soon. The invoicing feature can also be improved by making it more direct and simple.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since we're a start-up company, this app has been really helpful with our cost-cutting.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Slickpie has so many amazing functionalities but among the ones that stood out are the following features: (1) expense tracking; (2) billing; (3) debit-credit management; (4) invoicing; and (5) tax management. I also love the free in-app demo video that definitely improves my user experience. The app is so easy to learn.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have a payroll feature, but the good thing a payroll app can be integrated with this software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Slickpie really helped in organizing the operations and workflows of our accounting team. It is an automated app so our work becomes faster and more efficient making our team more productive.

"It has allowed me to better control my accounting"
What do you like best?
It has allowed me to take better control of my accounting, since as a freelancer I usually have to do these things myself since I still do not have enough capital to hire an accountant to do it for me, thanks to this application I can have better control over my income and expenses, not to mention that it is of great help during the billing processes since this part is very difficult for me, however, just filling in a few details SlickPie does the rest For me, when I finished completing the data and performing the necessary calculations, I would send the final client his detailed invoice with all the contracted services, also learning it was something quite simple, in a matter of a few hours he had mastered this tool almost perfectly , allowing me to navigate through the entire application in a fairly simple way.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the server has failures which make it impossible to print my documents just when I need it, in addition the customer service team is not always receptive when it comes to solving any doubt or concern that arises.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been using it as a support in regards to the administrative part, since I admit I did not have any control over this, however I realized the importance of having a systematized and well structured control over my flow of income, since in this way I can better organize expenses based on the money received during the current month, in addition to allowing me to segment expenses individually, which is useful to know which is the highest current expense and if is there a way to reduce it a bit.
