Should have realised from the poor experience at the start they could not deliver the service offered.Automatically switched to a paying service despite signing up to the free offer, claim to have refunded when they have not. They do not communicate with you unless you approach them, not monthly comms which would seem like a basic minimum.risked transferring funds in as the concept is great and would save a bunch of time, not all funds arrive, turns out we cannot use for a real useful purchasescustomer support is slow and bets badly informed if not just unaware of the state of the serviceAvoid!
