1. Charged a full day early ($108)2. Told trial ended on March 3rd - Charged on 2nd3. Yellow banner stated "enter billing details" which I never did for the subscription. I entered them to purchase $5.00 worth of calling credits.4. They don't allow you to cancel if your billing details aren't entered into for the subscription but charge the card from the calling credits.5. Hostile customer service experience saying "No such thing as a $5.00 charge" and "Our terms are clear".Clarity is displaying a bright yellow bar with the end of a trial and NOT CHARGING until that date with the credit card information OF YOUR CHOICE.

What do you like best?

Ease of use and little details in functionality and UX that mean that I am saving 30% of time on some tasks over my previous CRM (FreshSales). It's also got a wide range of integrations.

What do you dislike?

Cannot think of anything much. Out of box mails campaigns would be great. The leads tool would ideally let me link more contacts not just one. Perhaps the pricing is higher than others, especially if add-ons are bought.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For those in startups, Pipedrive is the tool to use. If others say they are user friendly, Pipedrive is 10x. Might be a bit more to pay but saves more time and frustration.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We digitise and handle all our customer relations through this tool. In combination with Zapier we also handle LinkedIn contact details from people we reach out to, which had been a big time saver.

What do you like best?

PipeDrive is great for storing notes on customers and deals and gives you a relatively easy way to find relevant information for either. I also enjoy that you're able to set activities for yourself to make sure that customers and requests are handled promptly.

What do you dislike?

When long email chains or many notes are taken for a customer/deal, it can be challenging to identify specific messages or information that has been stored, i.e., it becomes easy to lose track of information

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a great way to keep a central location to store notes and messages for specific customers and deals. Doing so allows you to easily continue interacting with a customer after looking through their information. You can also set activities to follow up with specific customers or deals to ensure they are responded to or followed up promptly.

What do you like best?

I like the ease of transferring customers through phases, the drag and drop worked well on both desktop and mobile.

What do you dislike?

Could not override when the date that I put certain customers in certain phrases, this was often frustrating and led to less accurate data.

Keeping names organized and having one source of truth for the team. The benefit of organization.

It helps to stay organized and select the correct cadence for your lead pipeline. It also gives me enough insights to analyse my teams performance on the daily basis.

What do you dislike?

There is not much I dislike but adding an easier manage or read metrics section could help someone who is not as advanced in analysing his or her own metrics could provide additional insights.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Staying organized with pipeline, setting proper follow up and cadences, analyzing sales performance, analysing lead base of my team members, gathering insights on taking notes for each customer.
