PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is easy to use solution that helps you keep services, it is user friendly and you can use its mobile app. There are options for customization so you can easily customize the reports. You can add notes to the tasks, you can use it for time keeping. It allows you to easily move all your employees to the program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see app for smartphones, now we have to bookmark the web address to our mobile device directly but it would be much helpful if they could implement an app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great tool when it comes to time keeping for those employees who are not located in same place, it helps us to recognize employees’ time and when errands finish away from our project the software allows the users to track the time without following the time clock. One of the greatest benefit is remote access.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Paymo really delivers on its promise to help you manage your projects. I try to maximize its features and so far, I really appreciate how thorough it is when it comes to organizing my database. Teamwork has really improved too, owing to its capacity for sending voice messages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It really needs to work on the updates that it provides its users during (and not just after) a certain project. Personally, I don’t find it very reliable in terms of giving me insight on my expenditure. It’s quite lacking in this department.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Overall, Paymo is a great tool to track projects on a team setting as well as individually. I’ve had fun customizing the discussion boards, plus expenditure tracking is pretty flexible with this tool too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find this software very easy to use, and it has a simple and friendly interface. It took me a while to find it, and I wouldn't change it for nothing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I mind that GANTT planning of activities is not included, but I'm sure they are working on it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It eased the planning and managing of our remoted teams' tasks. Overall, an impressive level of project management.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use this mostly to oversee the tasks on my team’s plate. However, a word of warning: Paymo mirrors how you handle your tasks so make sure that you are as meticulous as how you want it to be. By this I mean that you should take the time to properly set up each of the projects that you input on its database. This is not the solution for people who would rather dive headfirst on a task rather than breaking down its information on a software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Retrieving previous exchanges is almost impossible with Paymo. You’d have to dig through the history and doing so is no guarantee that you will find the discussion you are looking for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My company is simply shopping around for the best tool that can work with our team best as a go-to for tracking tasks. Paymo was used as a test to see if our team would perform better if we paid more attention to the first steps of initiating projects. We found it helpful, yes, but I don’t think it really made the cut.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I launched my Web Design and Development business 2 years ago, and managing projects and clients at the time was a real nightmare. PayMo helped me resume the time I lost dealing with those, and it streamlined my working process. My life is much easier since I found it, I am so thankful to the developers!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their invoice module is a bit costly, and I think they should make it free for freelancers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My work process is streamlined - I am in constant control of my projects, I track time, set budget, and assign tasks accordingly. I also create admirable reports for my clients, and they thank me for being able to trace each phase of their projects.
