Amazing tool
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Omni Focus allows me to add projects and tasks on my Pc and I am able to access them via cloud-based server with intuitive interface on my iPad. I love its interface, it is easy and understandable. Also, I like the “Context” feature, with this I can assign tasks. I am able to filter when I’m out or to have an access to my phone. The tasks are easily find.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing that I don’t like is that I cannot use it on a PC.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With OmniFocus I am able to organize my work and to-do list in any stile and system that works for me. There is no only one way to use the platform because the tool is extremely easy to use. I am able to stay on top of deadlines and to consider my next actions/steps so I can keep things moving forward. I am able to keep things simple so I don’t get overwhelmed with the workload.

Great tool for keeping track of my to-do list
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
OmniFocus is great software and it is extremely easy to use. I use it for any kind of to-do list and I am able to keep track of it. I use it for my projects tasks at work and to keep track of the groceries I need to buy, I even write what questions I need to ask my doctor next time I have an appointment with him.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is expensive, I have the pro-version. Because I bought OmniFocus 1 I have free upgrade to the second version of it. If I need to make different choice I would take the standard version. Also, if you want to use the iOS version there is an extra cost for it, the price is the same with the desktop version.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was searching for one place to keep track of all my tasks and projects, of everything I need to remember and do. My tasks are sync through my devices and the app is the best.

What do you like best?
Ability to brain dump tasks and sort them out later. Refactoring tasks into projects, creating perspectives to see just certain kinds of tasks, and great search and filtering all make my more productive.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were more ways of filtering. For example, you can't filter for tasks that are due in a certain date range.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out Things as well, which has similar functionality. I find using Omnifocus Desktop plus the mobile app is a good pairing. I haven't tried the webapp version, but that might work well for some people.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
How to manage everything I need to get done. Switching to an Omnifocus task management style helped me keep track of things I didn't even realize I should be tracking.
