What are the best aspects of this product?
I like being able to access our heavy graphics files from anywhere. Our image library used to be stored in our server, but the files we work on for graphic design are usually large, so it takes us a long time to access especially when we're working remotely. The integrated extensions for our Adobe Suites software help make access seamless with one or two clicks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if we could make it easier to search for assets, especially for beginners who were not able to attend the tutorial and need to use it right away.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Getting more people remotely access our company images regardless of their location. We used to store them in a local server so we have to physically be in the office where the server is, but now that's all changed for more efficient work.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it's so easy to retrieve our files. They're also easy to look for, so it's not time- and space-consuming. I'm able to design more quickly knowing I have a reference for the most updated assets.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if we're able to easily determine who has access to specific files on Brandfolder. There are instances when the designers would initially want to limit access to their team before it is finalized.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to ensure that all designers are on the same page in terms of the latest version of the brand elements. There's less friction about communicating brand updates, and it's so much easier to find items such as colors for a specific brand.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that we have a platform that everyone has access to, for all our digital collateral. It's immersed in our way of working, so it's easy to use and maintain.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if Slack integration is a lot more seamless. It's one of the reasons we started using Brandfolder, alongside the other reason that it's also integrated with Salesforce.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's helped us become more efficient because all our company's digital collateral is organized. Brandfolder also helps us indicate which versions to use. It was a huge difference from using other platforms in the past, where it's much trickier to organize and determine with assets to use or search for. Our sales and marketing team have benefitted greatly from our switch to Brandfolder.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Brandfolder's UI is friendly and clean. We're also able to upload items even when they're in different formats because anyway they'll be converted to our preferred version when we download them. When we create content for the web, this makes it a lot easier for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes files that are not in its original format take time to process when downloading.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to make our work process much easier for the teams and more efficient for everyone to distribute retail assets to our various locations.
