"Simple HR Tool"
What do you like best?
It's simple to use, Help in better Team Collaboration, As we had a team working in multiple countries, it was effective to streamline the processes in one go. it's very flexible.
What do you dislike?
It does not have a Free Version, no much option available in payroll, otherwise, it's quite ok
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Better and Fast access to everyone once a new policy is introduced, It's quite flexible in usage.

What do you like best?
HR-One is very helpful to fetch employee's data like payroll, attendance, document management, expense management, etc... It is easy to manage with different devices (desktop, iPad, Android, iPhone...). It's UI is user-friendly and customizable.
What do you dislike?
Customer support is some times slow. Also, I faced slowness issues on mobile.

We are using this to save time, cost, employee payroll, leave management.

What do you like best?
Very helpful in getting all your official data in a single portal. Organised, helpful when you are off duty as you can manage your leaves, attendance etc through app.
What do you dislike?
If a person forget to punch, it will mark attendance as absent, sometimes due to some work ,we used to forget punch. Also it salary slip can't be open in mobile portal
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very handy, helpful as we can log our attendance at home also, no paperwork documentation, from salary slip to leave, attendance, shifts etc, all can be managed in a single application.

I am solving my teammates attendance issue, any problems they face during work for any facility, they can simply raise a ticket, and it goes to that particular department's hrone, & they can resolve the issue fast from there only.

What do you like best?
Have gone through various hr platforms used within my company such as HR Mantra but the real pro of this platform was the way it can process the inter-organization tasks with such ease.
What do you dislike?
External link for servers are mostly down while being used from other countries especially middle east and meditarrain. Could not mark the attendance for a while because of this issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great if put to use with a employee number <1000. Allows smooth notification and reminder service which will help in practical working.

Regular updates about the company such new openings , daily tasks, employee attendance and Birthday/reminders keep the organization connected with higher number of employees.
