What do you like best?
Honeybook feels very intuitive compaired to other CRM tools that I've used. I love the user interface. I will be honest, I was a little sceptical at first, but once I started using it I immediately started to love it!
What do you dislike?
There's actually nothing that I dislike right now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honeybook provides a lot of resources to make it very easy to get started. They provide templates and even have their own Set Up Service where the team will login and set up your package and prices, contracts, and questionnaires. They make it really easy to start using the tool, and that's one of the big reason why I'm happy to recommend them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love having an uncomplicated solution to manage my projects, invoices, and communication. While Honeybook helps in creating an awesome presenation for clients, it's also super supportive for keeping me organized as the business owner. The dashboard feels easy and not overwhelming. I love this about HoneyBook!

What do you like best?
HoneyBook is a great all-in-one platform to manage projects, communicate with clients, keep track of tasks, and manage and input expenses. I currently use it to help manage my wife's photography clients and it's a huge-saver in the amount of time it saves us!
What do you dislike?
The price is honestly the biggest turn-off for HoneyBook. Other comparable software like Hello Bonsai make their price seem steam, but it does include a lot of integrations that you can't find elsewhere.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's helped us save countless hours managing and tracking projects and organizing workflows for photography clients. Its website intake form is also hugely helpful and streamlines our client pipeline very nicely!

What do you like best?
The most helpful tools for me in Honeybook is the ability to send a brochure, proposals, client emails, receive payments & see my profit and loss in one portal.
What do you dislike?
Honeybook currently integrates with QuickBooks, but no other tool. It would be nice to upload a bank statement to reconcile expenses tied to specific projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to follow the tutorials and set-up instructions when starting with Honeybook. Upload your branded materials (logo, colors). Add images to your gallery. These basic steps will save time as you build your profile, and create brochures, proposals for clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is no need to chase payments from our clients. Honeybook's automation features handle reminders & payment collections for us.
