"Excellent productivity tool with superior integration with Google Apps"
What do you like best?
GQueues allows me to stay highly organized and on top of all my shifting priority related activities. As a technologist, I have found the integration with Google Apps is far superior to any other apps I have tried. I particularly like the calendar and Gmail integration which is seemless and intuitive. As a project management consultant I find I am needing to track more things than most professionals, and GQueues enables me to do that while staying within the Google environment where my work typically resides.
What do you dislike?
I have not found any issues with GQueues. It simply works.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Staying on top of my client's priorities.

"Immediately saving time"
What do you like best?
By having this on my mobile and desktop I can save loads of time and become more organized on the fly than I have ever been on Bid day.
What do you dislike?
I would like it to auto update in order of date task is due.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to track emails as tasks with due dates you should have this.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Organizing due dates for bids.

"Excellent application to manage and have everything well organized."
What do you like best?
This application is very simple to manage, you can manage everything with great ease is very simple and without any problem you can use it has great and varied tools that make everything faster and easier as you can drag some format and add it with great ease to the programming, you can manage everything very well and add things to the calendar.
What do you dislike?
It's easy and simple to use and has no problems when managing and managing this application you can see the calendar with great simplicity and edit things without problem, it lacks a few improvements as various tools, but the rest is still an excellent application that works perfectly with the tools it has you can do great things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this application to all those people who want to have a better management of time, it will facilitate them to have everything organized to have the works of oneself as the works of the team to the final date of delivery not to be short of time, so to be able to advance all the sent works and at the same time to know if we are running out of days to deliver the work. I recommend it without any doubt to all workers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use this application to be able to manage all my schedule and calendar with great speed, saving time because I have everything well organized. I can manage work tasks like my team this application helps me to know when I have to deliver the forms and when I have important dates I can have everything very well organized every morning. This application is undoubtedly too useful for everyday life forever.

"The Flexibility You Need"
What do you like best?
GQueues accommodates the needs of my usage model, both at Work and at Home The flexibility is there for anyone to realize productivity gains using GQueues in conformance to the demands of their workflow. Whether that means using GQueues to implement GTD or another productivity framework, the user can accomplish that goal with the feature set GQueues provides.
What do you dislike?
GQueues Google Calendar integration creates a new, separate "GQueues" calendar to house Events created from eMail so they are saved into GQueues as date-connected Tasks. The user retains the option of creating the Event on their native Google Calendar, but that, then, presents the issue of running two Calendars side-by-side, which can be done, but comes at the cost of more mental overhead. I had expected the Calendar integration to tie into my native Google Calendar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GO FOR IT! GQueues offers a Free implementation you can use to explore different ways that you might structure the Categories, Queues and Tasks to help you be more effective. There's all the flexibility you might need, but that open-ended nature levies the demand that you determine for yourself what your own most effective structure will look like. There is a GTD video demonstrating a way of using GQueues to implement David Allen's Getting Things Done architecture, but GTD implementations vary by user, so GQueues will likewise be tailored for every user; there aren't any "templates" with pre-structured Categories, Queues, Smart Queues, and Tags that enable a "turn key" setup.
ALSO, BEAR IN MIND: if you employ GQueues in a disorganized fashion, you will still be disorganized and ineffective. If your existing workflow doesn't flow today, GQueues won't magically transform your bad workflow into a streamlined model of efficiency tomorrow. Gqueues isn't your Fairy Godmother; success -- or not -- is in the way that you use it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
GQueues lends itself readily to capturing every thought in real time. All those moments where the mind says "I really ought to do..." or "Oh, I nearly forgot..." -- those are moments to pull up GQueues and capture the "..." in the GQueues Inbox as a Task, so "..." ISN'T forgotten, so when there is time "to do..." it actually gets done.

"Great for GTD and derivatives"
What do you like best?
The Smart Queues allow for nuanced and granular intelligent lists .. great for a fast-changing landscape
What do you dislike?
It's not integrated with MS products very well :(
[Think MS ToDo having Planner, Tasks, Flagged emails etc all in one place]
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The smart lists are great for auto task priorities
