What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how Favro was designed because it's simple and efficient, adding as much information as I like and still be accessible by my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None at all, but to be fair I have only been using this for a little over three months.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having the accountability and insight into work with clients, alongside expectations about results.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that I can use Favro anywhere I am and it doesn't lag. It works on my desktop and mobile devices on any operating system. I got started when I did the free trial, and I continued because I liked the balance between its functionalities and how easy it is to use. There are more functions to play with and it's easy. The customer support team is also great because they are quick to respond and are multilingual.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the Favro team can focus on improving each feature, one at a time, instead of doing so much all at the same time, especially for the enterprise group. Upgrades can be difficult because of the cost difference. It would also be great if we can integrate with other tools, like a single sign-on tool that meets our team's needs, which could include being able to manage some users with special requirements. Or integrations with Miro or GitHub. Public dashboards that don't require logins would also be awesome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to access our dashboards, roadmaps, and backlog lists in one platform. We're also able to work with teams in our office and remote locations, which means we're able to collaborate with various teams and departments and make sure we are all aligned.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like being able to simple drag and drop cards and tasks because the UI is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to be able to use the mobile app just as easily as the desktop version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to measure the time consumed for tasks and manage the channels for each of the projects.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that with Favro, our workflow is automated so all cards and boards exist where they're needed. We can track our progress in shared goals across teams and departments. Our data is also stored in the cloud and it's safe, and it enables us to work remotely because it has both desktop and mobile versions that work on pretty much any OS.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it can get really complicated, especially with large teams because of the size of the structure and workflow to get a project accomplished.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to manage our workload well across departments with related projects. We're more efficient and collaborative because Favro makes it so easy for us to do with the great user experience across boards, data, and timelines whenever we need them.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to use because it's intuitive. The UI is both simple and reliable for robust features, so we are being streamlined across the company. And when we have questions or concerns, Favro's support team is always there to help us out.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing at all. I am being so productive with Favro, unlike when I used similar tools. It's so clear that it's the perfect tool for me and my team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to get our growing team to become more organized. As we have more team members and responsibilities, Favro can help ensure that our work is streamlined. Our data is accessible to everyone too.
