The system has endless functionalities and you can tailor it to suit your businesses requirements. It has the functionality to be the main HR integrated system allowing you to manage the whole employee lifecycle including Recrutiment and onboarding, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits as well as the leavers process.

If bought ‘off the shelf’ it can be difficult to implement and training will be required on how to fully utilise the system. It’s not easy to pick up with little to no knowledge of the system
