Can't submit application for Dangote Cement
Hello, Ive been trying to apply for the job of Head, Learning and Development/Talent Management at Dangote Cement, Obajana, but after filling all the fields, I can't submit as the "submit application" button is not functioning or operable thereby making it impossible to submit my application. Help ASAP.Today is 22/1121.

Catastrophic UX/UI, very unclear offering
I have just signed up to Workable with big hopes. I got utterly disapointed with its complicated UX. I literally did not know what I am doing there.Pricing was very confusing as well.Then they sent me email that they are unable to post our job ad anywhere, without explaining reasons why and how to fix the issues.I gave up using with within 5 minutes.Workable idea is wonderful but they desperately need to fire their product managers and UX designers, and hire more talented ones. It's pity their whole potential is wasted with this terrible UX.Two stars only due to their potential (and for being a Greek company)

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Gives us nothing but great user experience. It syncs well with LinkedIn system. Also, I’ve found this tool a great option for communicating with hiring staff, with its ability to record all conversations as a terrific highlight.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
An applicant’s name doesn’t show when I open his or her profile on a new tab. And it is quite inconvenient to know his or her name in such instances.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This helps us efficiently connect applicants to the right hiring staff that would handle their processing. It is easy to check applicant reviews from hiring staff as well.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Highly automated and very convenient for an ATS. It lets me easily make job listings and edit them accordingly, and it comes with an efficient approval process too. Coordination with others into my team is also very smooth, so we can easily work together over the recruitment and hiring processes. And it is great for closely monitoring everything while finding the right applicants for each vacant roles we have.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think Workable has no problems or flaws. I’ve been using it for a few months, and I haven’t stumbled on any issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Helps me function better in a highly organized manner. This has made filling roles for my company very efficient. Gone are the days when I need to depend on emailing for talking with in-house and third-party recruiters. Today, it is very smooth for us to monitor all applicants, navigate them in the recruitment pipeline, and gather reviews about applicants from other hiring staff.

What are the best aspects of this product?
A very basic platform with excellent spontaneous functionality. Installation is super quick, and it instantly gives me clear supervision over the applicant hiring process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The problem isn’t about the software but is about myself. I didn’t found out about its mobile version soon enough. It’s a perfect mobile tool that I haven’t enjoyed before!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’re a growing software company, and Workable has allowed us to enjoy efficient recruitment and hiring management. It lets me easily receive messages from the hiring team, such as applicant reviews and vital concerns. As a result, I experience improvements with my work efficiency and productivity.
