Greenhouse is very user-friendly  and all the way of the procedure the staff has been highly supportive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The planning process is complicated because it doesn't interact in detail with the offices. It needs me to convey and request again, and the internal interviewees is irritating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Executing all this is great. It's absolutely vital to have all sort of things in one location.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The greatest advantage of Greenhouse ATS it is very convenient to use. Each process is rational as well as every functionality is signify. But above all, I love its assistance of technology. These folks are awesome, useful, and always there to do their responsibility. It's a privilege to communicate with them always, and I'm confident they 're helping me with my task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

 I would like to recommend to include the ability of up to date version of Applicant Survey.

Greenhouse is assisting us simplify our hiring procedure .

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very detailed and user friendly ATS. A more complete overview of the recruitment team and a clearer details of job applicants and interviewers, particularly if you have a variety of positions, vacancies, divisions and applicants. Customer service is fantastic, and because of that our entire staff highly admire engaging with Greenhouse. The latest update is heading towards in the right way, we look forward what we can do after this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Prospective channels are not simple to install and using it for job applicants particularly with those who do not have common or recurrent job requirements. Nonetheless, there is no issue with the human resource department. We would choose to have many capabilities to personalized user Authorization that we can accept the fact the reason behind the course of action.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are many job opportunities, groups, with a wide range of requirements and procedures, but there is also require to coincide the system and international reporting. I don't know what we able to perform over the last 1 year and in half without Greenhouse.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very intuitive and user-friendly. It's very effective to use once you installed.  Greenhouse will make all your job easier to review in ATS. 

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer supports are not good. It takes a lot of time to collect responses through customer services. Everytime GH is required to be supported by virtual assistant.

In the Reviews segment, GH wants to be less strict on how you use your computer. Enable users to do what they want to view the details on the monitor and make them know how the presentation was established if you want to go back to it after digging into the information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

GH helps us to be more effective on how human resource managers utilize their resources.  It's great to be capable to organize interviews and phone calls online through email. It's also significant to have the CRM software package.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I enjoyed the way that keeps me orderly maintain. All candidates details are put in one folder that easily available. 

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The functionality it can be a little confusing. This is not usually  a negative idea. iIt's great to have a variety of diverse tools. It might just be a little difficult to have the response on how to do it. It also a good idea to be capable to rate the applicants.

It assist me to keep synchronized and also filter out the complaints or the applicants who want to apply for any work vacancy.
