Really difficult to get a price out of them. Keep wanting to run a demo. The sales person doesn’t know the transactional costs recharged so I said no. They need to be more transparent

Joyful Spendesking for a few months now

We started using Spendesk at out company (~50 people) couple of months ago. It's been really nice to get away from using few credit cards into using separate cards (automatically created with a push of a button in Spendesk) for each service we use. It makes it so much easier to protect from fraud & mistakes and to track the costs and set budgets.Another big issue I used to have was getting receipts matched with the payments, but that has close to dissappeared now with Spendesk as many services allow to set email address where to send receipts and sending them automatically to Spendesk to be handled by Marvin to robot makes matching work most of the time. Some services don't allow sending receipts to emails, or allow it only for sending to your own address and even in that case it's as easy as forwarding the email to the Spendesk address, just awesome!I've had a couple of chats with Spendesk support and they are very receptive to improvement ideas and also make sure that questions are followed up.
