What are the best aspects of this product?
It comes with an excellent set of tools that can help you do your job better. It comes with features that protect our business from prying eyes and malware infection.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service is excellent in terms of professionalism. But honestly, they need more training in troubleshooting certain features, which can be quite frustrating if left unresolved.

Solar Winds RMM has helped us manage our company in terms of providing faster services to our customers.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It gives us better opportunities to serve people in a manner that they expect and deserve. We were able to simplify complex workflows, and all employees are happy about these changes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that they should tone down in sending us alerts for non-urgent matters. I find it distracting to see alarms blinking on the interface. It affects our workflow by slowing us down, which is something that I don't like.

It helps us find ways to troubleshoot issues on our own. Now our technicians can focus on fixing more complex issues that should be prioritized.

One look into the portal, and you will see everything that you need. The settings are so flexible, and integration with other tools works perfectly fine.

There needs to have a major improvement in terms of clarity in structure and policies. It can sometimes be complicated to understand how the program works, making it more difficult to scale.

The app provides easier options to track down assets and fix whatever issues we experience on each of our desktops.

No need to think out of the box for complete solutions on difficult workflows. SolarWinds comes with the exact tools that you need to enhance customer service. RMM is there to take your business up to the next level.

Nothing at all. I think that RMM offers a lot of promise to new and upcoming companies.

Proactive customer service staff is always on top of all urgent matters that I have to deal with. They listen to our ideas and suggestions, which is highly important to us.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Some people say that the learning curve was steep, but we were all surprised that we could learn so much in a day's worth of training. Yes, there may be some minor issues along the way, but this does not stop RMM from performing its tasks. It's a good thing that we can always call customer service for any help and assistance that we need. With SolarWinds, we get to be on top of things, no matter how challenging the circumstances may be.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are certain things and features that I would like to see some improvement in the following months. We have unresolved issues up until now, which should not be the case. Although the case expert told us that they're going to follow up on the issue, we still haven't received any concrete answers as of the moment.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Using SolarWinds RMM helps us stay on top of issues that needs immediate resolution. It is precisely the kind of tool that we need to keep providing excellent service and high satisfaction ratings from our clients. Our employees have never been this productive as before, which helps boost both morale and performance across all departments. Lastly, our tech staff has never been this happy before because they can now resolve more incoming issues through the help of RMM.
