Ever since Shopkeep became Shopkeep by Lightspeed it's been nothing but problems. Receipt printer not pairing. Scanner not pairing. Literally HOURS on support with no resolution other than "you need to buy all new equipment" Ugh. Do a lot of comparing before you purchase this.

Don't trust the good reviews
Don't trust the good reviews. I'm pretty sure they are fake. We have been with Shopkeep since July 2018. It has NEVER functioned properly. It is impossible to exchange items for other items (a cash refund is the only option because the credit card machines' refund processes have quit working over a year ago). The cost of dealing with this company is outrageous! On top of the high monthly fees, there are equipment costs that will boil your blood. I now have 4 credit card machines and neither of them works properly. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from these con artists! Btw. What you are paying for is a very VERY expensive app that looks good and halfway works (if you are selling food or beer). It is not designed for retail. It simply DOES NOT WORK. Now I'm in the process of buying a new POS. What a waste of time and money.

Perfect solution for my small business
Have been on shopkeep for 9 months now and couldnt be happier. It is the perfect solution for my small business. The ease of use is great, the customer service is incredible and having shopkeep allowed me to have an online store I setup myself! Would have had to hire a company and pay big money for that I'm sure if not for the ease of integration via shopkeep.
