What do you like best?

I like it because it works very well and is easy to use and starting a section allows me to do everything that is needed in just an instant, the call management is very functional, it does not take much experience to use it, easy to install and inexpensive.

Easy of use. Quick loading and simplicity for end users

What do you dislike?

Method to add/remove licenses is cumbersome. Removal of licenses requires to wait out until contract is over. No prorating.

Browser version works great. Avoid attempting to use shared email addresses. It becomes more difficult to manage.
