The user interface is attractive and easy to use. You can easily view the dashboard and find tasks for a particular project for efficient tracking. The calendar integration offers a timeline for your tasks on when they should be due and thus helpful. When compared with other project management tools, Redbooth is easy to use and affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has issues with how it tracks milestones once the due date of the project is moved. It fails to follow such milestones making it challenging to track those tasks effectively. The problem with the Gmail calendar, which integrates with the software, is that when tasks are moved in the Redbooth, it does not reflect on the calendar thereby bringing unnecessary confusion.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has enabled organizations to avoid much of paper and adapt to the paperless way, which is more efficient and result-oriented. Projects can thus be completed in time as you can keep track of the timeline for your tasks. It has also improved transparency in undertaking projects thereby reducing any form of malpractice.

It helps increase collaboration and communication among workers making it easy to complete tasks in time. You can set up your workspace and sort your tasks into boards to improve efficiency. When carrying out a project, you can assign tasks to your team, set a deadline, and add notes to those tasks to increase visibility. It has a friendly interface when you log in as the notification and upcoming tasks are split, each on its side to help you manage your projects well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the few features it portrays can be frustrating such as when you want to delete tasks that repeat themselves, it can be difficult. Although you can find a way to delete them, the hustle in achieving that is not worth it. The settings of the notifications of the shared feature can either flood your inbox or render it with few or no emails, making it difficult to explore the full potential of Redbooth.

It has made it easy for teams to collaborate with each other regardless of where they are. You can have a single person enter the to-do list items in a meeting and communicate with others in the same platform even when they are in different locations. This allows you to create and assign tasks to each member of your team from where they are.

A powerhouse. At the same time, it's simple to utilize. As a result, internet-based meetings, online conversations, and screen sharing in tasks are included. It's rare that we were in need of collaboration tools but this tool saved us a lot of time.

I love having the ability to delegate tasks to the same owners who do multiple tasks. There's actually a simple solution to this. We're hoping this workaround will come soon.
