PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The wonderful aspects of this product are that it offers a convenient and user-friendly way to navigate through projects and complete them in an efficient manner. The simplicity and practicality of incorporating this tool in our everyday tasks and projects ensures tasks are completed and achieved. The tool has allowed the company's deadlines and goals to be met and attained. Unique features, such as assigning tasks to multiple assignees, setting specific start and end dates, and adding tags makes itemizing and categorizing activities to be carried out smoother and in an orderly fashion. I would definitely recommend this tool for anyone who wishes to delegate and implement major projects seamlessly without the hassle of chasing after staffs. Very valuable tool for keeping everyone up to date and working in tandem with projects! :)

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Though there may have been some minor glitches with some features, customer support was always available to assist my needs and concerns, be it via email or feedback. Technical issues were also taken care of and problems were rectified and updated for future versions, which I was very pleased. Furthermore, a Starters Guide was provided, which came in handy when understanding new features and functions making performing operations easily accessible. Loved it!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I really enjoyed the recent release of widget on the Android app and the ease of the Quire Mobile App. I would encourage making all the applicable functions available on the Mobile devices and closely synchronized with the Web App, thus making performing tasks on the go an instant click. Novelty features that other apps may not have are also welcomed as well. Can't wait to see future updates on their latest versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the convenience of the Quire App, our company was able to tackle major projects during the peak season and keep everything sorted out and clear. Without this useful app, our major projects would not have operated so smoothly and obstacles would have been difficult to breakthrough. This was definitely a major tool that helped our company advance into the next quarters. It kept everyone on our team structured and allowed tasks to operate systematically. Such a brilliant and amazing tool. Many thanks to the Quire team!

What do you like best?

Has many functions that offer you great ease when organizing all the tasks and activities that will be developed and executed by all the members of the team. What I liked most about this tool is that it allows you to create an ideal structure, with the realization of different cubes and different aspects of views.

Ideally, they should update the integrations with other platforms to improve their usefulness and performance.

Is very useful to carry out a useful and effective management of how the development of new projects is carried out, speeding up the execution and development.

What do you like best?

Quire has the most simple interface ever! I love how it is easy to navigate around the workspace and just keep hitting Enter to create new tasks and subtasks. The ability to create unlimited subtask is amazing, smooth and intuitive. They have the best reliable system that helps you achieve your goals! I can collaborate with my teams by assigning to multiple assignees! Also, their latest feature called Sublist is one of the best features that I've ever seen in a project management software!

What do you dislike?

Hmm the fact that they don't have a native calendar really bumps me out. But I've heard it's coming soon.
