What do you like best?

Working with a knowledgeable and supportive team made the process of implementation and roll out easy and enjoyable. We've been able to take advantage of a number of services that Quantum offers and throughout the process, it has been easy and effective.

What do you dislike?

There is no aspect of our relationship with Quantum that I disliked. The team has been great and very responsive!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We started by rolling out our Employee Engagement survey but found that the other tools available were the perfect solution to a few other projects. We're utilizing the New Hire Check-in surveys to gauge how new hires are acclimating to the company and to gather feedback from managers to ensure the onboarding process is successful.

What do you like best?

Quantum Workplace made it easy for my HR department to launch a quality engagement survey. Their process has high integrity backed up with rigorous analytics. Their well designed, user friendly, reporting platform required zero training.

What do you dislike?

Having built in descriptors of each benchmark might be nice. However, I was able to get that information with one email.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Employee engagement surveys give me the burning platform from which to launch various strategic HR initiatives. Having a real data set to base decision on is invaluable.

What do you like best?

The platform helps to recognized individuals who go beyond their usual task and show teamwork to get the job done. A little pat in the back goes a long way.

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I can think of, but rating system for recognized individuals would be nice.

Getting updates in our team goals and company goals , which gives you a better insight on where your team's at.

Its little bit slow, the site can load faster.
