What are the best aspects of this product?
We love that this allows us to use logical and conditional formats for our surveys. We are able to engage our customers better using the surveys we made with this software. Moreover, the responses that we get increased in number because this lets people take surveys using their phones.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A timer would be an ideal additional feature for this software. Apart from this, SurveySparrow is perfect for our needs.

SurveySparrow has a number of excellent features that allow us to create high-quality surveys. We availed an upgraded plan at a discounted price after having such a great experience with the free version of this software. Not only is the product itself commendable, but also its support team. They are good communicators and they provide us with the assistance that we need to grow our business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although SurveySparrow comes at a lower cost than its competitors on the market, we still wish we could avail of their services at a slightly more affordable rate. This would make it perfect for SMEs like us.
