What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the task tracking feature. It allows me to see how much time we're spending on one task. Through that, I can properly delegate tasks and set deadlines, which will both work for us and our clients. We can do a lot in the tool such as assets proofing and mark-up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the current version, creating a list is required before we can create a task. Sometimes the list isn't necessary, so making it mandatory makes no sense in some cases. I wish they would make it optional. We cannot also sync its calendar to Google calendar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Proofhub makes our team more efficient because it organizes our tasks effectively. Tracking and updating is a breeze.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best software out there that can help you get things on track. With it’s organizing tools, reviewing tools, it has made the whole process of completing our tasks easier. It has been a reliable tool for us to use in our work every day. The office feels more transparent now and there is relatively very less confusion with the allotted tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Overall, ProofHub has given us an effortless system of work to stick to and there aren’t many problems until we have to switch to other applications for communication and keeping records. ProofHub is indeed everything under one roof however it lacks integrations.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Integrations and option for communicating and keeping records.

It has made the whole process of completing and managing our tasks easier.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This affordable app helps project managers improve their team's dynamics and productivity. I like that it has a customer relationship management (CRM) function! That means I can use this app to communicate and collaborate, not only with my team but with our clients as well. Our efficiency and quality of our outputs definitely improved ever since we started using ProofHub.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our team cannot think of any downside. This app is perfect.

We realized that ProofHub is actually what we needed to deliver our projects more quickly.

This software is the perfect tool for project management. The interface is straightforward making it easier for me to organize and track tasks. The app also notifies you whenever there's progress or changes in the projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope it can integrate more third-party apps in the future.

Proofhub improves tracking various tasks within the team. It's an all-in-one app wherein I can manage different aspects of a project in just one platform. It also improves our efficiency since it saves us a lot of time that's usually spent on meetings and planning.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software doesn't only serve my team well, but our clients as well! We use ProofHub as a reference when discussing projects with our clients. It shows the team and the clients' clear workflow and project plan through the Gantt chart feature. This sets expectations and clear targets for both parties. It's really an interactive app! It allows me to organize team taskings quite easily. I also love how it's integrated perfectly with Google Calendar.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Moving to Proofhub from our old software is quite a hassle. It took us time and lots of effort to finally be able to migrate plans from the old one to ProofHub.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ProofHub definitely made our team's communication better, which made us more effective. It works as a communication tool for our team, especially when discussing taskings, time tracking, and research.
