Paychex is a straight out THIEF
Paychex is a straight out THIEF! They stold over $600.00 a month out of my bank account and couldn't justify why. They said my monthly fee would be 30 dollars a month bullcrap! They withdrew $750.00 in 1 freaken month and they charged $60.00 as a monthly fee for God knows how long. 1 year of bull crap fees and didn't realize they weren't paying my quarterly taxes! I told the girl with customer service that taking money like they did was an act of a thief and she agreed. I am terrible about checking my bank statements if u are too DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you too. Lesson learned!!!!

I'm not sure how this company still stays in business. It's horrible to deal with. I've been trying to download my tax documents for the last two months and no luck. No one at the PayChex.com is willing to help but gives me runaround.

If I could give Zero Stars I would
If I could give Zero Stars I would. I had Tiffany Davis as my "Payroll Specialist" and I have not heard from her in Months. I left voicemails weekly, and emailed regarding needing my payroll completed, payroll mistakes she had made to be adjusted, missing reports. Our company did not receive our w2's until March 7th and we had been calling since the 2nd week of January to locate them. They sent then to an old address, Over TEN years old and then when they finally got around to reprinting them, they stuck me with the large bill for their mistake. If you want a company that takes your money and offers you little to no service, this is the company for you. They are beyond rude and unapologetic. I would avoid Tiffany Davis also. I had kept a written journal and had emails to back up my complaints of lack of service. Management did nothing. No one cared.

Spent a lot of money with Paychex and…
Spent a lot of money with Paychex and only used it to pay myself and my husband that own a small cleaning business. They would invoice my business bank account over $200 without my knowledge and put my account in the hole. So I closed my account and then told me I had an outstanding balance of $500. So I went on a payment plan to pay them off then they never issued me my year end W2’s. This company is a fraud! Stay away!

Completely terrible
Completely terrible. Very difficult to get any issues address with payroll, no one answers the phone or email. You can spend hours and hours trying to get help. They've cost us money just trying to use their service.
