"Powerfull and reliable"

What do you like best?

Easy to use. Large user interface that adapts frequently to the technology of the current environment and to which the user can adapt quickly. The update and update services for data migration are really very useful for our organization and our team.

What do you dislike?

The system is slow at times and takes more time to complete the work. The user interface may be more attractive, since it looks insipid. Price. Make sure you have a small change in your budget because the structure of the license is not too flexible to make it affordable for small businesses.

Recommendations to others considering the product

All the vast functionalities, the skills that the system has that really help our entire organization. I like the amount of configuration options. It helps us meet our adaptation needs of our complex policies.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This makes life much easier for the management staff and maintenance staff. This complete package eliminates the HR department's burden of managing records and staff can help keep records in order and encourage management to keep looking for ways to use them in a way that keeps them busy. It requires almost nothing in the way of internal IT infrastructure.

What do you like best?

I was introduced to Oracle through the company I work with. It was all I ever knew and loved the ease of all data being in one place.

What do you dislike?

The program was not very aesthetically pleasing and was hard to learn how to use. It took a real master to find all the nooks and crannies of this program, with even more to learn. There were multiple avenues to find data and after switching to a new program, realized that there are so many glitches and flaws with Oracle. Data did not connect quickly, if at all with other programs we used.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend looking for other products to help do your HR business with. Other programs have better functionalities and are more user friendly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer use the Oracle systems and in fact have switched to Workday functionality.

What do you like best?

It is help to consolidate all HR works in an organization, which is anywhere in the World. That means, it is help to do the end to end staff recruiting, accurately do the employee assessments, and there are many HR related works. And also, it is help to reduce the payroll errors, because, it is make automate by the system to do the payroll process. It is providing training facilities to the employees. Therefore, we able to maintain the talented work force, to run the organization without any work force delay by lack of training. Further, we able to monitor the progress of each and individually, and give the proper training or we can find the proper solution for that, by this excellent platform.

What do you dislike?

Almost it is very supportive for mainly HR related work. Even though, the technical support has to be increase. Better improve the live chat support. Sometimes, we have to hanging for certain time to get technical support. So, better consider in to it.

It is very helpful to HR field to control and maintain the work force. Where ever in the World, you can reliable to monitor, and handle the HR works, securely. and also, you can handle easily from recruit the work force until retire the employee. It will make your time saving and you can focus other works.

The Oracle HCM Cloud is helpful for whole HR management, for multi national organization, like us. It will help to not only to recruit the work force, but, train them and it is support for their carrier development also.

Collaboration was never so easy. The collaboration of activities in Fusion HCM are much more instinctive as compared to Oracle EBS (anther ERP from Oracle, on which Oracle HCM Cloud is based.

Fusion HCM is synchronous with human behavior.

It helps to identify potential talent.

Graphical and pictorial presentations of team performance tracking and the employee directory allows goal allocation.
