What do you like best?

I think the feedback tool and the 360 reviews help us to improve the way we communicate between team members.

Other tool that I find very useful is the possibility to set goals between teams and make them visible for all the company.

What do you dislike?

I think some integrations are needed, for example, with issue management platforms like JIRA.

Integrations with CRM's like salesforce.

There is not one thing I dislike in particular. They are constantly improving their platform & service, therefore 10/10.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Leapsome specifically for our quarterly employee evaluations and monthly employee satisfaction surveys. We really appreciate having a tool for these different functions, which our employees love to use because of its ease of use. Through Leapsome we can ensure that every employee receives fair and constructive feedback through the given discussion framework.

One of the biggest advantages is the monthly employee satisfaction survey. We are happy to use the given best-practice surveys and can assess our standing as a company well due to the industry benchmark figures.

I like how you can keep notes, give feedback and follow up the 360 degrees feedback project

you need to invest some time to get used to using Leapsome.

I wish in the beginning there would be mini videos that guide you through the tool.

What do you like best?

I like the feedback functionality, thanks to it you can very quickly provide feedback on both your team as well as individual team members.

I also like the feature that you can create paths of learning aspects. This is great as you can share knowledge and create paths and then help team members to track the progress.

The platform is also easy to use and with minimal setup you can get started.

What do you dislike?

I feel there are some integrations that could add value. For example, the ability to link tasks (such as learning paths etc..) to JIRA or some other task management system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Have a more transparent tool for feedback. Normalize feedback and make it something that happens regularly as opposed to once in a while or just in extreme cases.

Centralize the learning and provide company wide learning paths. This is particularly helpful when you feel the company must improve some certain aspects, you can create useful learning paths to improve all and create a task for all the employees to learn and develop themselves and a company as a whole.

My best feature is the 360 feedback. Awesome! It allows for complete transparency.

The stress I had to go through in creating a sheet for OKR, send through to all stakeholders only to get an inaccurate feedback really demotivates me. Now, all i need to do is input my OKR, allow all stakeholders to see and bam! Its all done in no time at all
