"Awesome everyday Visit Tracker"
What do you like best?
LF allows you to see which site they visited, how many visitors came from that company, where they came from, company size, you can categorize your visitors and the filters you create can be shared with your co-workers. Another great feature is you can track that company visit history and have a better picture of their needs. I like that I can see the company logo and a snap of their website and have an idea of their industry by taking a peek at this.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the company size is off and some companies slip through the cracks, so this can be annoying because it takes some extra time to verify each company is the proper size for us to go after.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps us realize what our visitors are most interested in, so that we can target the proper ones. It can help improve the content created for visitors based on previously popular content.

What do you like best?
I like the user interface experience. It is very simple to navigate and displays the information in an easily digestible format. Also the reporting features provide great real-time data. The categorising and management of leads within the CRM is also a great feature to get the most out of.
What do you dislike?
That each individual company is categorised by their HQ. I deal with several firms that have tens and possibly hundreds of different business locations but the results do not specify which branch, only the HQ of the company that has visited. This causes major problems when the communication within those company branches isn't great, so the buying process becomes far more spread out as in our industry (construction) it can be quite time consuming to be placed on supply chains and many customers prefer to just buy direct, but without being able to obtain information on which branch has visited, followed by the company information on employees not matching the branches displayed, it causes for a taboo conversation between ourselves and receptionists when you cant detail which branch has visited but you know that 1 of the 1000 employees has been looking to the products you sell.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely reccomend this product as an addition to an already exisitent lead generation system. We use this alongside out PPC campaigns and it allows us to capture customers who would usually have visited the site and left with no point of recourse, however using the company information provided by the lead tracker you can now follow up company wide to make an effort to capture the lead.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are closing the gap between our PPC campaigns and our drop off rates, allowing us to follow up on hot leads that have not converted. It also allows us to track competition when visiting our site to appreciate how much of our content is being engaged with by competitiors. It also gives us insights into our traffic sources, allowing us to focus effort on social media platforms and then trace than engagement through visits to the site. Finally i would say that the Country reports are great, it gives you a clear insight into which countries your traffic is being generated from and highlights interest in other markets which we can then approach through our marketing and advertisement platforms to generate additional business.

all the info where and when I need it. Easy to integrate into our other systems for workflow. Customer Services second to none and easy to use help and online chat

that we can only use for company names of visits to website - however they have made access to contacts a lot easier now

chat to them they are a great bunch of people and really go the extra mile in helping with any user guides and implementation

we can target industries using key words so a lot of our scoring is automated using tags. Assigning leads to teams can be done in bulk or moved between team members easily.
