What do you like best?
Support is amazing to work with. They are extremely helpful in teaching you how to effectively use the Justuno Platform.
What do you dislike?
At first glance, it is a little confusing. A demo really helped with this though.

Helping inform customers of sales going on via banner and using a timer for scarcity, which makes them take action.

"Amazing shopify app that builds your email list and generates revenue."
What do you like best?
It integrates easily with shopify and it's very easy to build professional looking popups. This app makes me money and is well worth the (relatively small) investment. I love the targeting options and the split testing functionality. Those make it easy to see what works and really fine tune your popups. Optimized pop ups result in more generated revenue. Once everything is set up, you only need to review every few months.
What do you dislike?
The user interface definitely has a learning curve.

When someone visits my website, but doesn't buy anything, the next best thing is that they sign up for my newsletter. JustUno can either convince people to checkout by offering them a discount (and thus generating a sale), or by getting them to sign up. It's one of the most important apps on my shopify store.

What do you like best?
That you can schedule out banners/popups and make them interactive with engagement like collecting emails or getting likes on social media. Very easy to use and track able analytics.
What do you dislike?
I wish you could choose your time zone. I have tried and can not get it to work. Also, not very mobile friendly. Definitely prefer to use it outside of being logged into BigCommerce.

Engagement with customers on the site. It is valuable for offering discounts with customer email sign up. Can populate many campaigns at once and schedule them out.

What do you like best?
Ease of use, Shopify integration, set it and forget it. The standard templates let you get up and rolling right away and you can easily set up intent-triggered events such as new visitor promo codes, exiting shopper popups, specials, and more. We have used it effectively for several years and every month can see the value in terms of impressions, engagement and actual conversions. In terms of conversions, we have found the exiting window, new visitor discounts and the cart abandoner message to be extremely effective.
What do you dislike?
You have to hunt to find some of the features sometimes. On occasion, I have had to search or look at the actual knowledge base to figure out a setting, by mostly it is a very easy to use interface.

Improving conversions and sales from our Shopify store. Using targeting discounts in combination with Justuno have increased sales, plain and simple.

I like the capability to have different popups based on IPs and conditions.

The interface of Justuno. I took over the account and it was very difficult to become familiar with.
