What are the best aspects of this product?

What keeps us in Justworks is not only its user-friendly interface but, more so, the hardworking manager handling our account. She was very responsive and was knowledgeable enough to help us with several issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This would be our perfect HR solution if it allowed the integration of other platforms. Our company uses Slack and it's a disappointment that they can't merge. This makes or breaks our continuity with Justworks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Justworks satisfy our needs in managing our employees’ benefits and payroll. We can do so very smoothly with employees likewise seeing zero difficulties in accessing info on their hours and performance.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Payroll management can be handled in a single platform that is designed with consumers at its utmost consideration. We see this especially in its customer support services which fix all our technical issues very promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Personalization has a lot of potential in Justworks.

With Justworks, I can have the peace of mind that I'm getting rightly for what I worked for.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Justworks is an easy way to track my time at work and submit requests for leaves. I also get to know immediately how many leaves I have left with just one click, instead of having to call HR.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A minor issue is that I can't withdraw a request for vacation so I have to bother an HR officer for this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before Justworks, we used to time in and out through sending e-mails. So Justworks made that part convenient and easy.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Navigating around Justworks is easy breezy. I love that you can access all employee info (work hours, performance ratings, birthdays, anniversaries, benefits, etc.) all in a single user-friendly platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would greatly help if it could display more comprehensive info on payroll down to the annual tax.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Justworks has become integral in our human resource management.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Justworks digitizes storage and inputting of all employee data. It works great for both employees and HR officers in terms of accessing critical information such as hours worked. It establishes transparency in the system and prevents disputes between employees and HR.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Justworks is lacking a mechanism to limit paid time off so employees would exceed what was allowable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We believe the making of Justworks is foundationed on the desire to instill trust across working environments. It did just that in our company. Its level of transparency is what will make us long term partners.
