getresponse BAD experience

getresponse is a great tool but my 1 start is for the fact that I was using the free plan and they had an announcement about using the premium features for FREE, little did I know that they were going to charge me...when I questioned it, their response was: you've chose to use a paid feature, even after explaining that I was mistakenly guided to think that it was free until the end of my trial, they refuse to refund my money, even after cancelling my subscription with them, straight away.

So far so good. As I learn, and I'm hoping I'm not going to have to learn the hard way with a vague help/ support system. I'll be sure to provide what I think about instructions/ tutorials available on the platform.

Loving it so far! One suggestion though...

Loving it so far! The only suggestion I can say is putting a TikTok button in with the social media buttons (In the Website builder). The reason I recommend this is that marketers are turning towards TikTok heavily to promote products and services. Especially myself starting to use it to promote my niche.

What do you like best?

Email - the ability to easily send emails no matter how big your list. Your have a choice of when you send Now, Optimised for customer, or time travel. It compares on price with Mailchimp and others. It has a free 500 contact service, But that is basic but good as a starter for10z

What do you dislike?

The 500 contacts or whichever scheme you choose are not 500 people as if someone subscribed to the list twice that is not one itdmevcoubting towards your 500 but 2. The 500 is not by unique person.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take your time and use the online chat if you get stuck
