What are the best aspects of this product?

Freshteam makes working like a walk in the park. On its user interface, we can access an applicant's full information. It really is a one-stop-shop platform that saves time and makes the process faster and more convenient for our HR.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform is all that I need for work. There is nothing I don't like about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

1. When holding mass applications for different job positions, we can categorize applicants' profiles and easily pull out which ones we need. 2. Its user interface is designed to ease my employees' workload. 3. Freshteam puts us in full control of the job application process, reminding us which part of the cycle we are with specific applicants.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how user-friendly Freshteam is! My favorite thing about this software is that it gives me an overview of what was planned for the day -- schedules, to-dos, deadlines, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope the developers would let us have the option to mark a candidate "on hold" and not automatically reject them if they didn't make initial the cut -- like some sort of a waitlist. This is for candidates that we don't think we could hire at the moment but can be potentially right for future job openings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through this software, my team is able to see our overall recruitment roadmap. Seeing the whole picture helps us track our team's progress and aids us in planning our next steps.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The transition from our old software to Freshteam has not been difficult at all. It is easy to operate and user-friendly, which makes our recruitment staff happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Currently, the entire team is quite happy with the performance of the software. Though we had a list of requests sent to the developer, they were able to fix all of them promptly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since our company specializes in IT, we are continuously hiring young professionals who can join our team. We are thankful for Freshteam because using this software makes the work of our recruiters efficient. From hiring and screening to interviewing applicants, it streamlines the process. Freshteam helped us establish better business practices into place, making our company more confident in producing or hiring the best candidates for each job posting. Freshteam is also a useful tool in helping us plot the annual leaves to ensure sufficient staff at all times.

I used to spend more time doing everything manually. Freshteam made my recruitment process easier and simpler.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot say I dislike anything. But I'd want Freshteam to develop features and tools to help with payroll and performance management.

The automation of the recruitment process really does an excellent job for me. When everything is properly set up in the software, completing tasks is really time-saving, which I find really great about using it.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Freshteam has made a significant contribution to our organization by serving as a tool that breaks down barriers. We made sure that all employees get to know each other by encouraging them to communicate with each other consistently. It has been so long since I started looking for a tool similar to Freshteam, but I always fail. The last platform was difficult to use, that discouraged employees from using it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The people behind Freshteam always make sure that they deliver results on time. They never make any false promises; that is why I do not have anything negative to say against them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It establishes teamwork by promoting open communication between several departments within the company. Employees feel more comfortable voicing out their concerns, making them proactive. Ever since we transitioned into Freshteam, we no longer need to collect and retrieve data manually. Everything is automated and paperless.
