A very honorable company. They have a phone number that a real human being actually answers! I had forgotten I signed up for a trial and called about a charge on my card. I got confused about member charges

I got confused about member charges. They immediately cancel my membership as requested by me. They refund immediately. It was misunderstanding. Even they refund previous month membership charges. I am an ordinary lower income class person. Thanks

I spend hours editing a PDF file to send to my employer, got to the end to save and it makes you join a paid subscription before you can save!! So much for "free" waste of my time!!!!
