What are the best aspects of this product?

Clear Company is the best HR software we have ever got. The whole layout is so neat with a minimalistic look. Now we don’t have to post jobs separately on portals as that is automatically done. It can be accessed from any device which makes it a complete winner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything is good with this application but I have noticed that many times the details of candidates like their email and address don’t get transferred correctly and sometimes it mentions the wrong portal. So it requires manual editing at such times. Whenever a post is filled, the job isn’t closed automatically.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The effects of Clear Company can be seen in the number of new recruitments and applicants. Our website looks far better than its previous version. Not even our staff but the candidates also love this application as it guides them through various columns and auto-fills too. It has decreased the time taken in paperwork. In this way, we are able to make a better impression on our new staff as they get straight to work on the very first day without any paperwork hassle.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The client support, the facility of having all job applications in one spot, the capability of communication with all the interested candidates all at one place. The Shield background filter helps me to get through all the applicants very quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One only thing which I find a bit difficult is to upload candidates’ details manually from the email or desktop but getting all of them at one place is something for which I can ignore this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With ClearCompany the time consuming search for an applicant tracking system has ended for us. Now the reports are easily accessible and it helps us to assess hiring and onboarding of applicants to organize our process.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The automatic on-boarding facility is the best attribute of Clear Company. This system can be started merely on a few clicks and it has the complete hiring module incorporated in it. It gives you the ability to tailor the documents and different jobs according to your needs before they are sent to the new staff. The tasks can be added and removed at any moment and the online documents can be created for the new staff, making the whole process far lot easier. Moreover, with the help of this system, all the internal tasks can be easily allocated to the respective members to let them know the tasks to be done before the new hires start their first day.

I haven’t found anything wrong with Clear Company so far

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What we lacked before Clear Company was the absence of a full organization in recruitment and the requirement of a quality on- boarding system. Now we can easily manage our on- boarding task flow and recruitment process very easily.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing which makes Clear Company stand out is its ability to customize according to the client’s need. They can create a whole new application just the way you want. If your company requires any addition to the status bar- well, you can get it. At our company we required a system which allows different users to have the access to it and also at various access levels. If we ever face a problem with the system, we know that there is our rep that would solve any problem it's just a matter of time. Their customer services are beyond exceptional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike. The whole system is in accordance with our needs and whenever something is down or we face any issue, the rep is always there with a solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main reason for choosing Clear Company was the fact that we were facing a great confusion with lots of paperwork. We wanted to be streamlined without any paperwork. There were many applicants who were not even registered in the system as their mails were directly going to the hiring managers. There was no way of telling who applied for which job and through which website. Clear Company came at the right time. It is easy to use and the hiring managers find it quite simple to operate. With the help of this special app, we are able to reduce the hiring process time from two weeks to merely 3 working days. Clear Company has made our work a smart work.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are blessed to have Laura as our Client Relationship Manager. From the very beginning, she was so much fun to work with. Due to our special business needs, we had to make lots of customized changes in the system and Laura was always there to make the changes according to our needs. Now it is almost 5 months with Clear Company and Laura is still the same person whom we met on day one, willing to help. A perfect product with outstanding customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t have anything to dislike! The system and customer service are just amazing and that too at a low price.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I joined this company, it had no internal procedure to fill its vacant positions. It was completely dependent on the external agencies. But, now we have our own reliable hiring system and we are up and running. On an analysis, we found that an amount of $300,000 was saved because of this and we hired more than 30 people and that too in a short span of six months.
