PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I really love is how easy this product is. Another thing I like about it is its flexibility. It can be easily configured. What's more, the configuration can be done in a number of ways. We're currently following Agile and there are a lot of ways in integrating the product with other services in automating agile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even if the product came with a wide range of feature, you can customize it in meeting your requirements. Customer support is noticeable slow. I'd end up waiting for several days before finally getting the answers I need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product did a splendid job in organizing the work schedule for my team. Since we're following Agile, we've made us of this product for tracking progress and planning releases. This tool enabled us to measure the gap in our estimation and actual efforts. It lets us seek out reasons for it. In turn, it helped us do checks to make sure quality delivery is met without too much effort.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how we're able to e-mail tickets into the system. I like having the ability to include custom field with rules that pushes individuals to make use of forms in a certain way. I love how we're able to make project folders to keep track on what we're currently on. Their new PM feature is nice. I like just about everything it has!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't favor its lost dashboard feature when coverting from the web. Reporting isn't as robust as before. Having simpler dashboards is good, but back then, we had plenty of widget types for use. I don't like their releases/projects. My users end up making mistakes in placing things at the wrong places. It pushed me to go back and move a lot of things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It resolved a number of things. These include platform enhancements, emloyee time tracking, R&D tracking, defect tracking, and help desk.

What do you like best?

I am working with team of 10 people. when I try to find best software for tracking project development on google then i find Axosoft and give it a try for 14 days free trial. to be honest i have to learn about interface then I can operate it easily. but the result is awesome. with this tool, now tracking project development is really fun.

my team now using Axosoft for project reporting and I can easily monitor their progress. If my 14 days free trial has finished, I Will Definitely subscribe for paid version

User interface is a bit confusing for the first time i see it luckily the tutorials provided helps alot

What do you like best?

Axosoft is a software for project management that lets me track my hours, get a report back from the log view, and is helpful for those who want to handle their project development better. This software is straightforward to use, plus it is flexible. Axosoft can be configured quickly, and there are several ways to do it. Axosoft also allows me to import existing data, set up projects, and make my work environment more productive. There are a lot of ways that are available for you to be able to integrate the product with a third-party service.

What do you dislike?

Although the program is outstanding, it has some low points. Sometimes, it can be a bit slow, and the support is late in responding to the users. The support ticket features do not offer enough tracking to handle the volume of reports. Customer support of Axosoft is also slow, and some users end up waiting for days before getting answers. It is also difficult to create stories and get them layered with dependencies.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am satisfied with Axosoft because it helped with monitoring certain activities. Specific errors can be tracked, and the progress about the company can be listed as well. The overall functionality of the product provides clients with recent information on their project, from development information to the release dates.
