The worst Customer Service
The worst Customer Service. We have been an account for the last 10 years and are pretty low maintenance & self serve. Now we are growing & have some simple questions. They disabled their live chat, you sit on hold forever I believe there is ONE single person to manage all their account and it takes weeks for a response and no phone number at all. We even tried calling parent company Deluxe and again no response!

What do you like best?
Vertical initial reaction is very user friendly. You need not be highly skilled or understand HTML. This has fantastic convergence with my development . the company, which allows us to retrieve emails from people who do use ones elements for charities, or to register as volunteers or participants in our many projects and programs.
What do you dislike?
The design capabilities are rigid. My design designers hate this and contend why CC or CM are easy to use and more innovative
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that your email lists are imported into an Excel document so you can easily add them to your acct when you created. As well, be sure to purchase scheme based about how many connections you have. We seemed to have a larger facebook profile because we had to improve right from behind a few times.

Information systems, I do that to get our email out to our shoppers and to inform them about the classes we offer but to make them aware upon where trade displays we are going to attend

We checked it prices and services, Everything fit in our budget and fulfill our business requirement. First we used its basic version and after that pro version to increase business profit. It was awesome experience for our business. It is easy to send bulk emails directly to customer with out spamming. In it we can customizable pop-up forms, landing pages, according to business need.
