What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the outstanding feature is the reporting functions. The software offers many different reports to review sales and inventory. I use the system to create useful demand planning. The inventory feature is simple to work on and update. To sum up, Stitch Labs is a user-friendly platform that can perform a lot of useful tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only difficulty we faced is integrating Stitch Labs with Magento. To be fair, this could be because of a coding issue on our part and not due to a fault with the software. The support agents have been helpful in resolving all concerns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We started with Google Docs to capture our inventory info. But we needed a single platform for our inventory and sales data. Stitch Labs has fulfilled all our needs admirably. We have integrated it successfully with many channels. For the Magento integration, their customer support has helped us a lot. In fact, the quality of customer support makes Stitch stand out from its competitors. I highly recommend this system to other companies.

Stitch Labs is a beautiful product that is simple to learn and use. Plus, the customer support is top rate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system throws up problems now and then. We have faced issues as multiple elements of this app break without reason sometimes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Stitch to track our inventory stored in various warehouses. The app syncs smoothly with Shopify to control inventory and send orders for online fulfillment. Stitch allows us to manage multiple inventories that we can take stock from as per our needs. The only minus point is sometimes it does not provide accurate data.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the best part about Stitch Labs is it syncs smoothly with the different solutions we use. It integrates different currencies and can keep track of Amazon marketplace, multiple Shopifys, etc. We have remote employees and our accounting is based overseas, and Stitch fulfills our needs admirably.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Features that do not work include search, linking, and automation. To be fair, it is still a developing product. However, it is tough for us since our various fulfillment centers for orders find it difficult to handle their work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a modern firm that has various international e-commerce websites and we also sell through platforms like Amazon. Stitch fulfills all our needs quite well. I am looking forwarding to making greater use of the inventory management feature in the future.

I really love the inventory management feature. It offers real-time numbers from your inventory and the feature is easy to manage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints. You need to do a lot of work initially to upload everything, but it is worth it because the system offers so much data about your sales including monthly sales, top sellers, etc.

We use Stitch Labs for better organization. The app is ideal for our inventory-based company as it perfectly understands our business needs and issues.

What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the highlights of Stitch Labs are the great GUI, ease of use, smooth integrations, and a central system that you can use to manage all sales from multiple channels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only grouse is about the pricing. Apart from the two channels, there is a big jump in the price beyond that.
