Need A reliable credit card processing…
Need A reliable credit card processing company well look no more..........When looking for a credit card processing company after such a bad experience with my last one ,Spot On was brought to my attention. I will say I was very hesitant . The sales rep Cole really stepped up from the begining to help with a credit card machine to use separately with my own system. It worked wonderful for awhile than Cole personal brought me another Credit card machine to use due to the original one started giving me a hard time and installed it himself. Almost year later decided to go with Spot On with a complete POS system ,agian Cole stepped up to get the best for my situation and pricing for both Restaurants. Spot On Reached out to me to make sure Menu pricing Demos anything that was needed to make this transaction Successful. Which was.The POS system is Awesome !!! Once you know basics how to use it ,you will fly through any transaction. I highly recommend the system. When having Issues with my POS system printer , I contacted Spot On, Rebecca, Mike at Spot On worked Hard to correct the issue and staff as quickly as they could ,Fedex a printers and Rebecca and Cole physically came to my Restaurant and installed it. How Amazing is that to have a company that stands behind you when you need them. The owner of Spot on is front and center to help any customer he does not just sit on the sideline. You Definitely don't see that a lot in a business. Both of our Restaurants were having fee issues and the restaurants were being charged for these fees and it was a pretty substantial amount between both restaurants Spot On's Integrity , Honesty and quick response to correct this issue reimbursed all the fees immediately this is definitely a company that is trustworthy shows the respect and honor to their customers and I highly recommend them.Thank you Spot On .

Hundred Stars if I could for my Success and Account Manager
I have had my ups and downs with SpotOn and had a rocky beginning but Michael M. and Michelle H. have definitely been the reason my experience with this POS system has improved tremendously. Whereas I could have given a 0 star review months ago but now because of them they both deserve beyond 5 stars. I give a 4 star review because there are things that I have yet to grasp - all aspects that are outside of Michael and Michelle's realm of responsbility (i.e. structure of Back Office and cosmetic-wise regarding the monitors). Besides that, any issue that I have had- I have received phenomenol customer service. THey both get back to me as soon as possible, find out how to address any issue and make sure the right people are contacted and always make sure I know that they are available when I need assistance. Michael came as our Success Manager within his first month of working on the job and despite his lack of experience with the company, he helped us more than any other person at SpotOn- some of whom have been there for years! He is consistent, precise, thorough and welcoming! Michelle came to us stopping by on her own time and continued to address issues that were long ignored and was determined to get these issues resolved and that meant working on her own time! She has literally gone above and beyond what we expected of her. Michael and Michelle, GET STUFF DONE! It is a pleasure working with these two! Hundred stars if I could for both!
