Worst experience so far
I am a new seller and would rate the service worst ever. My premises are open still on the shiprocket panel it says pickup exception due to Shipper premises closed. This is such a blatant lie. My order has been generated on 3rd Feb and has still not been picked up. Had to reassign a new courier partner and it is already showing shipper premises closed. We are selling on other platforms as well. The premises are shut for shiprocket only it seems. I would give a 0 rating but don't have an option for it.

I would like to give 0 stars instead of 1. I dont know how they are providing this kind of worst service. My shipment has to be delivered by now, but there is no updates at tracking page and everyday they will increase the expected date of delivery. They dont have proper website, proper contact number to call and talk to them. My Tracking id : 1504829010902
