They make you pay for a plan you didn't ask for
I have requested on many occasions that the renewal of the service not be carried out automatically to a higher plan, since this is not what I as a client have contracted, they also charge an amount not authorized by me.This is the main reason why I am working on migrating to another service.I have to be asking for reimbursement at all times and at some point they have not wanted to apply it to me because the plan that they themselves have put on me without asking me for authorization has consumed part of it.It is a shame that an administrative issue is the one that distances customers from an excellent platform service and from all the work done by the technical development and platform team.

What do you like best?
SendPulse is a feature-rich and cost-effective email marketing solution. It has an easy-to-use email editor with lots of templates, enabling you to create awesome marketing emails and send your subscribers. Their free plans provide you with more than enough email count per month to try. If you don't have many subscribers, then the free plan itself is good. The paid plans are also there so that you can go for one if you have more subscribers. You can copy any email campaign in new for sending; 130+ templates are also there to help you design your campaign. The dashboard provides complete analytics of every campaign. Their email throughput is also excellent.
What do you dislike?
They restrict email sending if your email gets bounced. The Policy of SendPulse related to adding email addresses to the contacts book is not good, some time they take much time to approve emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider SendPulse as your email campaign tool. Go for it; It has an easy-to-use and excellent user interface. Free plan is good to try for a small list of subscribers.

I am using SendPulse for my monthly newsletters to my website users and encouraging them to come to the portal. Viewing detailed analytics, I can get the mood of my user base. Integrating subscription forms on my WordPress site is very easy, and I can collect new users' emails.I am sending web push notifications also.

What do you like best?
Sendpulse is the perfect platform for business to get started with email marketing. The drag and drop feature allows me to be able to create a campaign in a matter of minutes. It is a must for any business owner who needs a quick & easy way to grow their email list.
What do you dislike?
i have been using the app for a while, It only lacks duplication feature in Push Notification section. This saves me time and money, all while giving my customers a better experience.

One of my favorite features in Sendpulse is their email marketing. It's Really easy to use and very user-friendly. I can set up newsletters, Transactional emails, and Chatbots for different platforms.
